Responsibilities
Develop and maintain meaningful professional relationships with coworkers, partners, and manufacturing clients.
Identify and assess client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Expand the Center's client base by identifying new leads and pursuing opportunities.
Represent the Center at industry events and conferences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Achieve defined territory goals and center metrics.
Manage project impact survey process.
Utilize a CRM for documentation of client and project activity.
Report on special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably related to private sector industry.
Minimum two years of leadership and program management experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business development gained from direct experience and/or formal training.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Other: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.
