Responsibilities
- Je leidt en structureert productontwikkelingsprojecten van briefing tot lancering
- Je maakt en bewaakt projectplanningen, risicoanalyses en prioriteiten
- Je coördineert multidisciplinaire teams en zorgt voor vlotte samenwerking tussen alle afdelingen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de “route to market”
- Je helpt mee bepalen welke innovatie- of aanpassingsprojecten strategisch prioritair zijn
- Je volgt productassortiment, verpakkingen, artwork en specificaties minutieus op
- Je toetst ideeën aan haalbaarheid, kostprijs, productiecapaciteit en marge
- Je bereidt interne presentaties voor (NPM-meetings, MT-updates, go/no-go’s)
- Je beheert de duurzaamheidsagenda van Manna (SBTi, verpakkingsrichtlijnen, …) en bouwt een concreet actieplan uit samen met HR, marketing, supply chain en productie
- Je zorgt voor correcte rapportering, KPI-opvolging en implementatie van verbeterinitiatieven.
Requirements
- Ervaring in projectmanagement binnen FMCG of een productie-omgeving is een plus
- Je hebt een bachelor of master in een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Sterk in het managen van verschillende belanghebbende partijen en cross-functionele samenwerking
- Affiniteit met duurzaamheid, verpakkingen of supply chain is een voordeel
- Je bent communicatief sterk, helder, diplomatisch maar doelgericht
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan vlot werken in een dynamische omgeving waarin prioriteiten snel kunnen wijzigen
- Je beschikt over een positieve ingesteldheid en houdt van een streepje humor
- Je hebt goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
