- Drive the release of all documents required for System-level Phase Design Reviews and regulatory submissions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive deliverable roadmap that enables a clear view of deliverable dependencies
- Establish processes, templates, dashboards, and metrics to ensure clear communication and consistency across teams
- Develop, release, and manage safety, risk and risk profiles at the system level
- Chair Ottava’s safety- and risk‑related governance forums including defect review board, risk management board, and cross‑functional safety reviews
- Own Change Control and Configuration Management at the system level
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Professional experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or defense is required
- Formal professional experience in a mix of lifecycle management, safety and risk management, and document control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools is preferred
- Experience using Airtable and/or Atlassian tools is preferred
