About the role
- Product Manager leading an agile team focused on Collateralized Loan Obligations at U.S. Bank. Responsible for planning, team collaboration, and product optimization.
Responsibilities
- Leads an agile team for Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) focused on delivering value for stakeholders
- Provides insight and assists with planning on conversion strategy
- Partners with stakeholders to understand current state, collaborate for future state, and solicit and incorporate feedback
- Serves as the product expert and works effectively with technology, business lines, and other partners to evolve and optimize the platform
- Manages the team backlog, epics, user stories, priorities, and roadmap
- Leads backlog refinement to define acceptance criteria and create a shared understanding
- Collaborates with Scrum Masters and Product Managers for dependencies and cross-team planning
- Partners with the Senior Product Manager to understand and deliver the product vision and roadmap and communicate timelines
- Executes acceptance tests and coordinates with stakeholders for user acceptance testing
- Plans and performs readiness activities
Requirements
- Product Management experience
- Self-directed, with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward
- Aptitude to understand both technical and non-technical processes, requirements, and design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Collateralized Loan Obligations
- Advanced understanding of Agile development
