About the role

• Product Owner guiding agile software development for administration digitization projects. Collaborating with teams and clients on requirements analysis and software releases in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• You work with your team and clients to drive requirements gathering and implementation through to release and the ongoing development of a software application.
• You contribute to a project to build the communications infrastructure as part of the digitalization of public administration, helping to shape and actively advance the digital transformation.
• You act as a bridge between clients and the development team, translating needs into actionable requirements.
• You analyze new requirements and derive User Stories from them.
• Together with the team and clients, you maintain the Product Backlog and define ongoing sprint goals and releases.
• You are the primary point of contact for our clients and convince them with your communication skills.
• You are jointly responsible with your team for quality assurance and the reliable delivery of new features and releases.
• You work closely with other teams, subprojects and consultants.

Requirements

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in a technical field
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in working through complex topics in a structured way
• Team-oriented, reliable working style with a strong commitment to quality and enjoyment of collaborating with clients and the team
• Clear, understandable and proactive communication
• Initial experience as a Product Owner, preferably in agile software development projects
• Willingness to travel and excellent German language skills (C2 or native level)
