About the role

  • Product Lead - Conversion overseeing onboarding and monetization for luxury brand's customer journey. Leading a team for innovative monetization and customer experience strategies.

Responsibilities

  • What you’ll do
  • Own the primary acquisition route from onboarding through to monetization, leading a team of 4.
  • Drive successful subscriber growth through robust experimentation in pricing, packaging, payments and upsells.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for new monetization models that drive meaningful revenue growth.
  • Create consistent frameworks and metrics, reporting, processes, and measurement systems for growth efforts and experiments.
  • Create an outstanding end-to-end customer experience by pairing rapid, iterative testing with thoughtful and considered narrative design.
  • Directly shape experimentation stack, tooling and modelling, and evangelize it within Ffern.

Requirements

  • What we’re looking forMust Haves:
  • 3+ years in product growth, with emphasis on conversion optimisation and onboarding funnels, ideally in a B2C startup
  • Proven expertise in designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Track record of working effectively with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomes
  • Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and deliver high impact quickly
  • Data-driven, insight-led, and experimentation-focused mindset
  • Strong intuition for brand and editorial quality
  • Subscription experience
  • Nice to haves:
  • Subscription ecommerce experience
  • Ownership experience of a performance marketing focused acquisition funnel
  • SQL for data analysis
