Experiment with new ways to manage and optimise the customer lifecycle, driving deeper relationships and more products per customer.
Use data rigorously, defining success metrics, running experiments, and turning insight into action.
Collaborate extensively with other Product Managers to ensure all changes contribute to one cohesive, end-to-end banking experience.
Act as a strong product leader within the native app space, raising the bar for product thinking, experience design, and customer focus.
