About the role

  • Project Manager delivering payment solutions for European market at U.S. Bank. Managing complex projects with remote teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the successful execution of assigned projects
  • Proactively identify risks, challenges, and potential escalations
  • Navigate complex organisational structures to optimise business processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, partners, and customers
  • Coordinate project activities by scheduling and facilitating meetings
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to BAU handover
  • Foster strong relationships across the matrixed organisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of the European payments industry
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office suite
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira is advantageous
  • Skilled in facilitation and team collaboration
