Responsibilities
Take ownership of driving growth in Healthcare Practice Finance within your assigned market.
Independently identify, engage, and convert new healthcare practice clients.
Develop and maintain a broad network of Centers of Influence—including referral partners, industry professionals, and strategic stakeholders—to generate a steady pipeline of new business.
Collaborate with local Healthcare Relationship Managers in your territory to ensure a seamless client experience.
Deliver customized financial products and services that meet client needs and drive long-term loyalty.
Requirements
Entrepreneurial Drive: Proven ability to self-source business and execute growth strategies independently.
Influence & Connectivity: Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate high-value COI relationships.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of healthcare practice financing, secured lending, and credit analysis.

Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and referral sources with confidence.
Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Typically has seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success.
