About the role
- Develops and maintains an understanding of overall complex business functions
- Provides expertise in development of business goals and objectives
- Provides operational support on current complex processes
- Validates information and interfaces with other departments
- Participates in the planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of new applications and processes
- Assists with the documentation of new and revised departmental procedures
- Gathers information for complex processes, analyzes data and trends, and develops work products
- Reviews and analyzes reports and provides recommendations to improve matrix and reporting controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 6 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations experience
- Advanced knowledge in a wide variety of systems coordination
- Experience facilitating and driving collaboration to common understanding of business requirements
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Analytics
- Experience with data analysis and programming tools, such as SQL, Python and R
