About the role

  • Develops and maintains an understanding of overall complex business functions
  • Provides expertise in development of business goals and objectives
  • Provides operational support on current complex processes
  • Validates information and interfaces with other departments
  • Participates in the planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of new applications and processes
  • Assists with the documentation of new and revised departmental procedures
  • Gathers information for complex processes, analyzes data and trends, and develops work products
  • Reviews and analyzes reports and provides recommendations to improve matrix and reporting controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 6 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations experience
  • Advanced knowledge in a wide variety of systems coordination
  • Experience facilitating and driving collaboration to common understanding of business requirements
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Analytics
  • Experience with data analysis and programming tools, such as SQL, Python and R
