Responsibilities

Schedule meetings for Account Managers, ensuring prior alignment on the client’s needs;
Record and update all interactions and pipeline stages in the internal system;
Follow up and track progress until meetings are confirmed;
Report daily and weekly results for contacts, qualified leads and scheduled meetings;
Participate in ongoing training on prospecting techniques and the special waste collection sector.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial prospecting (telemarketing, SDR, BDR) in the B2B market;
Proficiency with prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Excel, e-mail marketing);
Clear, persuasive communication and resilience to overcome objections;
Organized and disciplined, able to manage a high volume of daily contacts;
Target-driven, focused on measurable results (number of meetings scheduled).
