About the role

  • Sales Development Representative for hello again, focusing on lead generation and customer communication for a loyalty app. Based in Vienna, working within a dynamic sales team in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively identify potential customers (leads) and primarily contact them by phone.
  • Where appropriate, you also communicate via social media and email.
  • You work closely with the sales team to seamlessly integrate qualified leads into the sales process.
  • You maintain our customer database (CRM) to ensure a clean flow of information between sales and marketing.
  • You support the development of sales strategies and campaigns to maximize market penetration and lead generation.
  • To stay up to date with our product portfolio, market trends and new sales techniques, you regularly participate in training sessions.
  • You are target-oriented and continuously contribute to achieving goals for acquiring qualified leads.

Requirements

  • You have a passion for sales.
  • Rejection motivates you to keep going and improve; several “no”s do not discourage you.
  • You have strong communication skills to excite potential customers about our solution.
  • You are proactive, work independently and are well organized, and you enjoy customer communication.
  • You have a positive mindset and inspire potential customers and your teammates.
  • You are used to working in an agile environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • You have excellent German and either Spanish or Polish language skills; other languages are a plus.
