About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads through calls and emails for luca, a hospitality guest-experience platform. Collaborating with the sales team and ensuring a smooth transition for potential partners.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact and persuade potential partners by phone (and email).
  • You qualify leads and keep our sales pipeline in top shape.
  • Together with our sales team, you drive deals forward.
  • You identify opportunities and ensure a smooth handover to our Sales Executives.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles? Great, but not required.
  • You are communicative, ambitious, and stay calm under pressure.
  • KPIs motivate you rather than intimidate you.
  • You speak fluent German and good English.
  • Most importantly: you're excited about being part of a strong team, smart processes, and real growth.
