About the role

  • HR Generalist at UPS managing recruitment and employee support across multiple locations in Germany. Collaborating with management and supporting HR processes for a workforce of 600+.

Responsibilities

  • Active recruiting – from professional candidate selection through hiring to employee support
  • Preparation of reports and statistics
  • Support for local management on personnel matters
  • Collaboration with the works council
  • Temporary support of additional sites as needed
  • Independent responsibility for an HR area with approximately 600 employees across two locations
  • Management of workplace reintegration (occupational integration/return-to-work processes)
  • Project work

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training, relevant degree or comparable qualification
  • Good IT skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Workday is an advantage
  • Very good German and good English skills required
  • Driver's license required
  • Very good planning and organizational ability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident appearance
