About the role

  • HR Administrator responsible for creating and managing employment contracts in Germany. Collaborating with HR partners and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, maintaining and managing labor law documents: employment contracts and contract amendments
  • Conducting and documenting works council consultations
  • Ensuring transparent, structured and GDPR-compliant filing
  • Maintaining and developing document templates and standards
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating employee master data and personnel files in the HR system
  • Preparing certificates, HR reports and analyses
  • Close collaboration with HR business partners and managers

Requirements

  • At least a completed business or legal qualification, or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum three years of practical experience in human resources
  • Careful, structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and service orientation
  • Good understanding of labor law documents
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and relevant statutory regulations
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRWorks, Workday)
  • Excellent German language skills and strong written and spoken English
