Requirements
At least a completed business or legal qualification, or an equivalent qualification
Minimum three years of practical experience in human resources
Careful, structured and detail-oriented working style
Strong communication and service orientation
Good understanding of labor law documents
Excellent knowledge of labor law and relevant statutory regulations
Confident user of MS Office and ideally HR systems (e.g., SAP, HRWorks, Workday)
Excellent German language skills and strong written and spoken English
