Responsibilities
Proactively develop, configure and maintain the Workday Core HCM (incl. system integrations) and/or other functional process areas in close collaboration with Group HR concept owners, HR Service Center (HRSC) and IT
Contribute to our Workday roadmap, enhancements and future modules and act as functional Workday expert advising stakeholders on best practices and system capabilities
Deliver on our HR digitalization, data and automation (incl. AI) roadmaps
Ensure data quality and compliance within your scope
Lead and/or contribute to different development projects, whether HR- or business- driven
Collaborate with other Workday functional leads inside our team, with HRSC, with stakeholders from all Global Functions and with our external partners
Requirements
You have a relevant university degree or equivalent
You have strong practical understanding of HR processes and data models
You have solid (minimum 3 years) Workday HCM experience from in‑house Workday customer environment or a consulting role, and configuration experience in one or two other WD functional areas/processes as well
You are experienced in system integrations build
You enjoy working in projects (experience from M&A projects is an advantage)
You are structured, business-focused and result-oriented
You have experience and the ability to work in dynamic, global and virtual teams
You are fluent in spoken and written English
You are comfortable working with the key data privacy and digital compliance regulations
You are curious about new technologies and actively follow the development in the digital HR tech and solutions field.
