About the role

  • HR Assistant supporting recruitment, selection, and employee management at a hybrid role in Brasília. Engaging in HR projects and employee communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support for hiring, terminations, and severance processes
  • Monitoring and management of HR metrics
  • Support for recruitment and selection processes
  • Updating spreadsheets and preparing reports
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Internal communication and internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives
  • Support for training and employee development
  • Creation and distribution of internal communications (birthdays, promotions, new hires, etc.)
  • Participation in and development of HR projects (PDI - Individual Development Plans, talent retention, employer branding, among others)
  • Employee support to clarify general inquiries
  • Support for other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related fields
  • Basic Excel
  • Experience with HR routines and processes
  • Plus: knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to HR.
