About the role

  • Influencer & Partnerships Manager driving marketing initiatives for health-tech company uPacjenta. Focused on building creator relationships and scaling influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers, creators and experts (health, lifestyle, wellbeing, parenting, sport).
  • Plan, execute and scale influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant channels.
  • Build and manage UGC-driven influencer campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, scopes of work, deliverables and budgets.
  • Brief creators, oversee content production and ensure brand consistency and compliance.
  • Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI).
  • Test and iterate: formats, creators, messages and funnel paths.
  • Identify and develop partnerships (brands, platforms, communities, experts).
  • Manage partnerships end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, launch, performance tracking.
  • Co-create campaigns, offers and activations that support both brand and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Growth Manager to integrate influencers into paid funnels.
  • Ensure legal, medical and brand compliance of all external communications.
  • Prepare reports and insights for stakeholders.
  • Own content production timelines, coordinating creators and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor influencer marketing trends, platform changes and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, partnerships or brand collaborations.
  • Proven track record of running influencer campaigns that drive real business results.
  • Supported by case studies or a portfolio of executed collaborations.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset — you understand metrics, attribution and ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing, execution-driven environment.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Good knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them effectively at work.
  • Practical experience with influencer and UGC platforms/tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, Grin or similar).
