About the role

Responsibilities

  • You are the friendly voice on the phone for our stores and customers and find the right solution for every inquiry
  • You ensure our stores are always well supplied — from coordinating with central warehouses to managing movable furnishings
  • You organize everything related to new store openings: from procuring necessary accessories to purchasing inventory items
  • You arrange hotel bookings and process travel expense claims for our store teams while keeping a clear overview
  • You are responsible for your own projects and contribute ideas to further develop and optimize our store service processes together with the team
  • After successful onboarding, we offer you the opportunity to take on topics independently on behalf of the team lead — enabling you to take responsibility and develop professionally and personally

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have experience in customer support
  • You work carefully and conscientiously and keep an overview even when handling many tasks
  • You are an organizational talent, think solution-oriented and tackle challenges with initiative
  • You have strong empathy and communicate effectively — both internally and externally
  • You are confident using Outlook and other common tools and use them routinely in daily work
  • If you are interested in a leadership role, you have an interest in management responsibilities and experience in project management
