About the role

  • Sales & Growth Manager Internship focusing on high-ticket sales. Engaging in lead research, client acquisition, and CRM management with a performance-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research: You research suitable target customers in the healthcare sector, analyze markets, identify opportunities, and qualify leads based on clear criteria.
  • First contact & acquisition: You proactively reach out to potential new customers, conduct initial phone conversations and generate genuine interest in our solutions.
  • Pipeline management: You maintain our CRM, prioritize leads, document thoroughly, and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
  • Strategic support: You work directly with leadership on acquisition and growth strategies, test new approaches, and contribute your own ideas.
  • Pitches & proposals: You assist with pitch materials and proposals and learn how to manage a deal from first contact through to closing.
  • Documentation: You record conversation outcomes precisely, extract insights, and help continuously improve our sales processes.

Requirements

  • Your character matters — not your degree.
  • Mindset > Experience: You do not need prior sales experience — we will teach you psychologically grounded sales methods.
  • You don’t want to start at €2,500 gross after graduation; you want to understand how to earn five-figure, performance-based income.
  • You go the extra mile, are eager to learn, and genuinely want to understand how professional sales works.
  • A “no” is not a stop but feedback — you stay calm, clear, and resilient.
  • You work disciplined remotely and take responsibility — you don’t need close supervision.
