Responsibilities
Lead research: You research suitable target customers in the healthcare sector, analyze markets, identify opportunities, and qualify leads based on clear criteria.
First contact & acquisition: You proactively reach out to potential new customers, conduct initial phone conversations and generate genuine interest in our solutions.
Pipeline management: You maintain our CRM, prioritize leads, document thoroughly, and ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
Strategic support: You work directly with leadership on acquisition and growth strategies, test new approaches, and contribute your own ideas.
Pitches & proposals: You assist with pitch materials and proposals and learn how to manage a deal from first contact through to closing.
Documentation: You record conversation outcomes precisely, extract insights, and help continuously improve our sales processes.
Requirements
