About the role

  • Inside Sales Account Manager building relationships and consulting on solutions in chemical distribution. Responsible for business growth with existing and new customers in the Columbus, OH area.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts
  • Find new opportunities with existing/qualified customers, win new business, and grow the territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service and innovative solutions
  • Prioritize selling time to effectively manage sales funnel and territory

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Self-directed and focused on outcomes
  • Good listener with a passion for learning about customers’ needs
  • Ability to conduct effective virtual sales calls, make presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred.
