About the role

  • Inside Sales Manager responsible for B2B sales performance and team development. Enhance commercial processes in a key role at an international organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial performance of the inside sales team
  • Drive team development and foster commercial maturity and ownership
  • Optimize sales processes and pipeline quality
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between Sales, Logistics, Engineering and other interfaces
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements
  • Oversee adjacent operational areas such as Order Management and Vendor Coordination
  • Ensure commercially sound decisions that are operationally feasible and economically viable
  • Initiate cross-functional improvement projects to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a leadership role in B2B sales or inside sales
  • Proven responsibility for revenue, margin and strategic customer development
  • Experience developing and leading commercial teams across different seniority levels
  • Understanding of operational processes such as order fulfillment, supply chain or vendor management
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across functions
  • Strategic thinker with pragmatic execution and consistent follow-through
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent German (minimum C1 level)
  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
