Responsibilities
De klanten orders nauwkeurig en correct verwerken in ons ERP systeem (SAP)
Bestellingen opvolgen en nakijken op hoeveelheid en beschikbaarheid in samenwerking met Supply Chain / Productie / Magazijn / Transport
Klanten informeren over de beste leverdata en mogelijke afwijkingen
Opvolgen van backorderlijsten
Het invoeren van klantenklachten in het systeem en het zoeken naar klant gerichte oplossingen
De klanten voorzien van documentatie zoals veiligheidsbladen, technische fiches en analysecertificaten of hen helpen hun weg te vinden deze documenten te vinden op ons digitaal platform
Klantencontracten ingeven en opvolgen
Het beheren van klantengegevens gekoppeld aan het klantenprofiel in SAP
Het corrigeren van foutieve facturen (debet- en creditnota's)
Requirements
Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een pluspunt.
Goede communicatievaardigheden
