Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology or related fields;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (tables, filters, charts);
- Basic knowledge of IT environments (infrastructure, cloud, networks, or support);
- Good written communication and information-recording skills;
- Willingness to learn and develop in the Infrastructure area;
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
- **Desired:**
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud, Networks, Servers, Support, Security;
- Familiarity with Power BI or other dashboarding tools;
- Basic knowledge of automation (Python, PowerShell, or similar);
