About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the structuring, implementation, and monitoring of information security processes and projects.
- Ensure adherence to recognized industry frameworks and compliance with corporate policies.
- Participate in technology projects by assessing security risks, proposing controls, and tracking the execution of action plans.
- Perform vulnerability analyses, support internal and external audits, and monitor cybersecurity maturity indicators.
- Identify, investigate, and respond to security incidents, recommending continuous improvements to processes and tools.
- Support access management, permission reviews, and compliance controls in Microsoft environments (Azure AD, M365, etc.).
- Promote training, awareness campaigns, and the dissemination of security best practices to employees and partners.
- Prepare management reports that highlight project progress, identified risks, and mitigation recommendations.
- Stay up to date on trends, threats, and security solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile.
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in technology teams working with cybersecurity.
- Practical knowledge of NIST and/or ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Project management experience.
- Previous experience in information security projects or IT auditing.
- Experience with Microsoft environments (Azure, M365, Active Directory).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, Microsoft Security).
- Experience with monitoring tools, vulnerability management, and incident response.
