About the role
- Senior Facilities Analyst responsible for managing services and contracts in São Paulo. Working with supply chain partners to ensure quality and compliance in operations.
Responsibilities
- Specialized technical role managing the unit SP02’s chartered transportation and food services;
- Management and oversight of chartered transportation and food service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, contractual requirements, sanitary regulations, and quality standards;
- Technical interface with transportation and food service suppliers to align operations, address deviations, and implement action plans;
- Monitoring operational indicators such as punctuality, occupancy, route regularity, volume served, service quality, and sanitary compliance;
- Support in budgetary control of the operation, including monthly measurements, invoice validation, provisions, and cost control;
- Technical support to local teams and Facilities analysts, ensuring process standardization, technical guidance, and continuous improvement;
- Direct involvement in supporting operational contingencies, ensuring continuity of services and risk mitigation;
- Preparation and monitoring of management reports, technical analyses, dashboards, and indicators to support leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities is a plus.
- Proven experience in Facilities management, Food Services, and/or chartered transportation.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Experience with governance of large-scale contracts and management of multi-million budgets.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
- Proficiency in management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira.
