Responsibilities
Technical and audiological support by telephone and email for hearing care professionals in the German-speaking and Romandy (French-speaking) regions of Switzerland
Professional, structured and timely handling of customer orders for in-the-ear (ITE) hearing systems, from order entry to final delivery
Analysis and resolution of quality issues and support in handling complaints
Support and participation in internal projects as well as implementation and management of technical and audiological projects for customers
Technical point of contact for the Customer Service team and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Services, Logistics, and the international production center in Poland
Requirements
You have completed training in audiology or hearing instrument technology and possess technical interest and know-how
Aptitude and interest in working with IT systems / computer skills (MS Office, ERP, CRM)
You enjoy direct customer contact and proactively support customers by sharing knowledge and solutions
Your working style is structured, precise, and needs- and solution-oriented
You have excellent spoken and written German and good English skills. French language skills are an advantage
