Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for inquiries from our customers
  • Handling incoming emails and phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments for our specialist retail stores
  • Initiating phone contact with existing customers

Requirements

  • Ideally, previous experience in telephone customer support
  • Solid PC skills (MS Office, databases)
  • Very good German language and spelling skills
  • Strong communication skills, empathetic, and a team player
  • High service, quality and customer orientation
