Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Support office operations by assisting at the front desk when needed.
  • Facilitate hybrid legal proceedings via Zoom and handle document-related tasks.
  • Provide an outstanding client experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems with ease
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Legal experience is a plus, but not required
