Senior Support Analyst for Applications and Observability in Brazil. Engaging in application support and incident management using React, React Native, and Dynatrace.
Responsibilities
Act primarily (about 80%) in application support, including analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of production incidents.
Focus on investigating incidents in Front-end and Mobile (React and React Native), analyzing application behavior and impacts on the end-user experience.
Actively participate in the construction, evolution, and governance of monitoring and observability processes (approximately 20%–30% of the time).
Use Dynatrace daily for analysis, diagnosis, root-cause identification, and monitoring of performance and availability.
Interact directly with international teams, especially India, for technical alignment, incident handling, and activity prioritization.
Requirements
Fluent English.
Experience supporting applications in production, with direct involvement in complex incidents.
Knowledge of Front-end (React) and Mobile (React Native) with the ability to perform deep technical analysis.
Solid experience with Dynatrace, including evolving processes, standards, and monitoring best practices.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).
