About the role

  • Support asset management and CMMS at San Diego International Airport. Seeking detail-oriented individual for administration and optimization of operational systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the administration and daily operation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Assists with asset management initiatives to ensure system continuity, capability, and optimization.
  • Supports configuration updates, system changes, and integrations related to CMMS technologies.
  • Maintains CMMS and related technologies to ensure reliability and ongoing performance.
  • Monitors system functionality and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Completes CMMS data entry and ongoing system updates.
  • Maintains reliable asset and maintenance records to support operational needs.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates CMMS reports and dashboards.
  • Responds to and resolves CMMS-related technical issues.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to support CMMS and asset management operations.

Requirements

  • One year of progressively responsible experience in airport operations systems management or associated systems
  • Associate degree or technical training, or a major in computer science, management information systems, or a closely related field
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Successful completion of a fingerprint-based background investigation, training, and testing required for employment and operation of Authority and San Diego County physical security, surveillance, radio, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Preferred Licenses: MCSE, CCNA, PMP, CompTIA, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Certified Support Professional.
  • One year experience using Trimble Unity (formerly CityWorks), and Feature Manipulation Engine (FME)
