About the role

  • Technical Support Analyst providing in-person and remote support for IT systems and services. Ensuring proper functioning of technology equipment per organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and remote technical support to users, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, systems, and IT services in accordance with the organization’s standards.
  • Respond to support tickets submitted via the ticketing system, phone, or email.
  • Provide on-site assistance to users to resolve incidents and requests.
  • Diagnose problems with hardware, software, and the local network.
  • Log and track tickets until resolution, ensuring user follow-up.
  • Assist with cable changes, network jacks, and minor physical adjustments in the IT environment.
  • Support inventory control of equipment and technology assets.
