About the role

  • Custody Documentation Administrator supporting UMB's fast-growing Institutional Custody department. Assisting with account onboarding and tax documentation while fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sr. Custody Document Admin and Global Product Manager with market-related activities and inquiries, including new accounts, tax documentation, and proxy.
  • Responsible for processing requests for markets and requests where physical/scanned documentation might be required, including alternative investments documentation, ensuring required documents are couriered in a timely manner.
  • Use communication skills to interact with clients and provide updates and answers to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
