Responsibilities
Administer support to the Sales Team by managing the Hospitality Inbox and anticipating department priorities.
Develop high-quality sales materials and presentations.
Serve as a key point of contact by providing timely information to clients and maintaining professional relationships.
Execute precise data entry and assist with managing inventory spreadsheets.
Put together client packages and tickets while collaborating with Finance to run and reconcile reports.
Draft EDMs and customer lists, ensuring websites are up to date with hospitality packages.
Maintain sales collateral and support material.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role.
Experience presenting to leadership teams, Board of Directors, and addressing concerns.
Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, whilst managing conflicting deadlines and multiple projects.
Proficiency in Excel with a sharp eye for detail in data entry and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, maintain professional relationships, and build rapport with stakeholders.
High levels of organisation, planning, and the ability to work pro-actively to support the team.
Able to work with flexibility and cultural competency to maintain structure in a high-growth environment and work well in a collaborative, values-driven, and energetic team.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and a basic understanding of how to build and send email marketing (EDM) campaigns.
Competency in Canva to create or update simple, on-brand social media and marketing graphics.
A foundational understanding of the ticketing or entertainment industry (or a genuine passion for the space).
