About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain B2B clients in Paris.
  • Identify and target key corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and businesses in need of flexible accommodation solutions.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and present tailored solutions.
  • Control the full sales cycle, ensuring every deal is managed effectively.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • You have a solid background in sales, particularly in B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • An understanding or interest in the property, tech, or hospitality sectors will be a big plus.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and can engage with senior executives and business owners.
  • You’re driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your role and market.
  • Fluency in French and English and an understanding of the Paris market is essential.
  • You are ambitious, hungry to succeed, and want to contribute to Ukio’s growth
