About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating sales opportunities for Sweep's US market. Engaging potential prospects and qualifying leads to drive company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Contact ideal customer profiles and generate sales qualified leads
  • Manage data on prospective clients in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Execute multi-threaded outbound campaigns with follow-up sequences
  • Qualify business opportunities and book meetings with Account Executives

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Some exposure to software-as-a-service environments, ideally in a B2B context
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of CSR or climate change is a clear plus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an openness to integrating them into daily work
