Business Development Representative responsible for revenue goals in healthcare technology sales at Tympa Health. Building relationships and executing sales strategies to drive market penetration.
Responsibilities
Individual contributor role with personal target based on sales closed
Responsible for achieving revenue goals in the small and medium-sized segment
Driving revenue growth and market penetration
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
Responding to inbound sales enquiries and proactively prospecting outbound to generate and develop a strong pipeline
Executing the sales strategy that aligns with Company goals and objectives
Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Progressing opportunities from opportunity identification to deal closure
Collaborating with other departments within the Company to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing regular updates and forecasts to the UK General Manager on sales performance
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the ear and hearing healthcare industry
Requirements
Experienced in selling to SME customers in medical device or other healthcare sales with a proven demonstrable track record of success
Highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated
Entrepreneurial spirit, practical with a positive can-do mentality
Experience in b2b sales
Experience in using sale methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Familiarity with ear and hearing health technology and the healthcare industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel 20% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or have the equivalent from professional experience
Preferred experience: healthcare technology sales; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; experience in SaaS sales.
