About the role

  • Business Development Representative responsible for revenue goals in healthcare technology sales at Tympa Health. Building relationships and executing sales strategies to drive market penetration.

Responsibilities

  • Individual contributor role with personal target based on sales closed
  • Responsible for achieving revenue goals in the small and medium-sized segment
  • Driving revenue growth and market penetration
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Responding to inbound sales enquiries and proactively prospecting outbound to generate and develop a strong pipeline
  • Executing the sales strategy that aligns with Company goals and objectives
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Progressing opportunities from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Collaborating with other departments within the Company to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing regular updates and forecasts to the UK General Manager on sales performance
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the ear and hearing healthcare industry

Requirements

  • Experienced in selling to SME customers in medical device or other healthcare sales with a proven demonstrable track record of success
  • Highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, practical with a positive can-do mentality
  • Experience in b2b sales
  • Experience in using sale methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Familiarity with ear and hearing health technology and the healthcare industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel 20% or more domestically in pursuit of opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or have the equivalent from professional experience
  • Preferred experience: healthcare technology sales; familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms; experience in SaaS sales.
