About the role

  • Business Development Representative focused on outbound sales. Generating qualified meetings for the commercial team in a B2B tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct active outbound prospecting using cold calling, cold e-mail, LinkedIn messages, social selling and networking;
  • Work exclusively with outbound leads and be responsible for generating qualified commercial meetings;
  • Build, enrich and manage cold lead lists, segmented by market, customer profile and competitors;
  • Execute sales approaches tailored to each prospect’s profile, segment and identified pain points;
  • Manage individual prospecting and opportunity-generation targets, working daily to achieve results;
  • Log, update and track all interactions, activities and opportunities in the CRM and engagement platforms;
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs (calls, replies, conversion to meetings), continuously seeking outbound process optimization;
  • Develop market analysis capabilities, mapping competitors, strategic segments and opportunities;
  • Continuously pursue knowledge about the products, market and best prospecting practices;
  • Actively participate in management rituals, team meetings and feedback sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
  • Previous experience in Outbound Sales / Active Prospecting;
  • Experience with B2B sales;
  • Experience with cold calling, cold e-mail and proactive outreach;
  • Knowledge of and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar);
  • Highly commercial profile, goal-oriented, disciplined and consistent;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized in managing pipeline and daily activities.
  • Differentials:
  • Analytical profile and interest in market, competitor and segment analysis;
  • Experience with prospecting and lead-enrichment platforms (Apollo, Lusha, Snov.io, Hunter.io, Econodata, etc.);
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and Predictable Revenue;
  • Certifications or courses in Inside Sales / Outbound (HubSpot, RD University, Universidade Rock, TISS, etc.);
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS or enterprise solutions;
  • Interest or familiarity with Compliance, data protection (LGPD/GDPR), Governance and Risk topics.
