About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist managing customer experiences for the German market at Wander AG. Engaging with various stakeholders in an international FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end order management: Recording, verifying and tracking customer orders in SAP, including processing EDI orders and ensuring complete and accurate mandatory and due dates
  • Comprehensive customer support: Professional handling of customer inquiries and active communication with customers, internal dispatchers and external partners
  • Interface coordination: Close coordination with logistics providers, field sales agency, the Key Account Team Germany and IT on order-related processes
  • Master data, pricing & terms: Creation, maintenance and updating of customer master data as well as monitoring of prices, discounts and contractual conditions
  • Service & process quality: Ensuring smooth, customer-focused operations across the entire service chain with a focus on prioritization, on-time delivery and quality

Requirements

  • Commercial background: Completed commercial training with solid business administration understanding
  • Industry & market experience: Ideally experience in the food industry and knowledge of the German market and its requirements
  • Sales & service experience: Practical experience in inside sales, customer service or a comparable customer-facing role
  • Process & coordination skills: Strong process understanding, organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and set priorities clearly
  • Personality & attitude: Strong customer and service orientation, team player, excellent communication skills as well as high commitment, initiative and sense of responsibility
