Responsibilities
Oversee the strategy, design, and compliance of benefit programs
Accountable for the operational integrity of day-to-day administration and team performance
Acts as a proactive change agent to navigate organizational shifts and transformations
Serve as a strategic consultant to the VP, proactively identifying opportunities for plan optimization
Plan and direct the implementation and administration of benefits programs
Champions Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) as foundational elements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field
Seven (7) years of progressive benefits leadership experience
Workday experience required, preferable strong experience with Workday Benefits and Absence
Proven ability to manage complex benefits systems, integrations, and vendors
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, PFML, and multi-state compliance requirements
