About the role

  • Director of Learning Solutions managing and designing learning strategies for Fidelity Wealth. Collaborating with teams to drive impactful educational initiatives and measure their success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, scope, design, develop, deliver, facilitate, and measure innovative learning solutions
  • Conduct needs analysis and lead design of learning solutions across critical skills
  • Develop learning strategies focused on cohort and/or exploratory learning solutions
  • Champion new learning strategies and solutions
  • Lead the management, design, development, delivery, facilitation, and reporting of solutions
  • Partner with Talent, HR, Communication, and Change teams to implement learning initiatives
  • Establish data insights to measure the impact of learning experiences
  • Cultivate external industry networks to enhance innovative thought leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within a learning and development function
  • Experience in performance/business consulting, learning management and/or instructional design, program/project management
  • Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles
  • Track record of influencing and building credibility with teammates and business leaders
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects
  • Excellent presentation, speaking and communication skills
