Requirements
- 10+ years of experience within a learning and development function
- Experience in performance/business consulting, learning management and/or instructional design, program/project management
- Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles
- Track record of influencing and building credibility with teammates and business leaders
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects
- Excellent presentation, speaking and communication skills
