About the role
- Operations Support Intern assisting the Operations team in data analysis and reporting. Collaborating on data-driven insights and contributing to operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support the Operations team in decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support ongoing projects.
- Participate in team meetings and projects to contribute to the continuous improvement of operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project,etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to a wide range of stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
