About the role

  • Assistant administratif et planification in TSG, leader européen des services techniques. Réaliser l'organisation des tournées des techniciens de maintenance et assurer la satisfaction client.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage routes and schedules for mobile maintenance technicians.
  • Consider multiple criteria when planning assignments.
  • Ensure optimal organization to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with reviewing service intervention reports.
  • Process orders, returns, quotations, and follow-ups in the company software.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent command of IT tools (Outlook, Excel, internal software).
  • Responsiveness and attention to detail.
  • Energetic team player focused on customer satisfaction.
