About the role
- Livestream Producer overseeing livestream content and equipment setup for ecommerce events. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance viewer experience and drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Open the livestream room according to the assigned schedule
- Turn on and check all pre-configured equipment: Camera / Webcam, Livestream lights, Microphone, Computer
- Launch the livestream software (OBS / TikTok Live Studio / Shopee Live, etc.)
- Open and check the pre-set livestream product cart
- Assist with camera switching based on livestream content
- Monitor equipment and product cart performance throughout the livestream
- End the livestream following standard procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, Film Production, Multimedia Communications, Media, Event Management, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)
- At least 1 year of experience in livestream product carts (Shopee / TikTok / Lazada, etc.)
- Proficient in livestream software and platforms such as vMix, OBS, Shopee Live, TikTok Live Studio, Lazada Live , and related production tools
- Hands-on experience operating cameras, lighting, microphones, mixers, and related equipment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Responsible, resilient, and able to work under pressure
