Responsibilities
- Support the dedicated Sales Operations team for Fortinet in Germany.
- Ensure smooth handling of quote creation and order preparation.
- Coordinate between Sales, manufacturers, and internal operational teams.
- Communicate directly with Fortinet to obtain pricing, approvals, and special bids.
- Track and manage Deal Registrations (DR) in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Account Managers to optimize workflows.
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales administration, order processing, or sales operations — ideally in IT distribution or at a manufacturer.
- Fast, reliable, and service-oriented.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and administratively meticulous.
- Builds and maintains strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
