About the role

  • Learning & Development Associate developing engaging training modules for Intrepid Asia. Collaborating with subject matter experts and managing course content and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing digital and instructor-led training modules
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences
  • Collaborate in producing courses weekly using SCORM authoring tools for external clients
  • Manage content uploads, updates, and organization in the LMS
  • Assist the L&D Specialist in the rollout of courses and in mapping onboarding journeys

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in training, education, HR, or related fields
  • Proficiency in using Articulate as a SCORM authoring tool (e.g., Storyline, Rise)
  • Strong understanding of learning principles, including instructional design best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus
