About the role

Responsibilities

- Work with all levels of the organization to communicate business processes and tools to increase daily performance at the store level.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field plus up to 1 years experience in communications.
- Demonstrate professional and technical writing skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills with internal departments
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead in a classroom environment including, but not limited to, display professionalism, excellent public speaking skills, organizational and presentation skills, and always displays a positive attitude
- Beginner to Intermediate computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive attitude and fortitude for advancement
- Sense of urgency and is comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization
- Communicate learning objectives in an exciting and engaging way.
- Think quickly and answer tough questions and follow-up with students with open issues
- Adhere to all administrative tasks, attendance, evaluations, pre/post testing results.
