Responsibilities
Drive the design and administration of global compensation and equity programs
Support global equity structures including options and RSUs
Continuously evaluate and evolve our global benefits
Maintain and refine our global job levelling and career architecture framework
Proactively audit and update rewards practices and policies
Act as a partner to the business by using deep analytics to solve complex compensation challenges
Develop clear communication strategies that demystify compensation and benefits for employees
Improve and oversee our global mobility framework
Requirements
8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Total Rewards within a global context
Analytical Powerhouse: You live in the data and are confident in developing models to support reward design and decision-making
Experience in the FinTech sector is strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead and execute multiple complex projects concurrently
You are passionate about demystifying rewards for employees
