About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and administration of global compensation and equity programs
  • Support global equity structures including options and RSUs
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve our global benefits
  • Maintain and refine our global job levelling and career architecture framework
  • Proactively audit and update rewards practices and policies
  • Act as a partner to the business by using deep analytics to solve complex compensation challenges
  • Develop clear communication strategies that demystify compensation and benefits for employees
  • Improve and oversee our global mobility framework

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Total Rewards within a global context
  • Analytical Powerhouse: You live in the data and are confident in developing models to support reward design and decision-making
  • Experience in the FinTech sector is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and execute multiple complex projects concurrently
  • You are passionate about demystifying rewards for employees
