Responsibilities
Business partner to the commercial and delivery leads for an IQVIA product portfolio.
Provide commercial and financial support.
Responsible for the P/L management and forecasting of both revenue and margins.
Ensure project financials are monitored and managed to maximize profitability and cash flow.
Regularly monitor pipeline in coordination with local and regional teams to forecast revenue.
Conduct reviews and analysis for assigned offerings.
Monitor compliance reports to ensure timely reporting of revenue and billing deliverables.
Prepare monthly reporting requirements for assigned offerings.
Review and support Delivery and Commercial teams with cost processes.
Review and provide variance analysis to management P/L.
Requirements
Typically requires 3-5 years’ business controlling or project finance experience.
University degree (Master/Bachelor) in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge of revenue recognition, variance analysis, unbilled/unearned and cash flow management, and forecasting.
Knowledge of month end process and P&L management.
Knowledge of Hyperion, SAP and Office applications.
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills and pro-activity.
Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal clients.
Able to support the execution of multiple complex projects at once within a team environment while meeting deadlines.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) to a strong business standard.
