Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs, fostering their confidence and professional skills
  • Design and optimize cutting-edge lead qualification workflows and sales plays in collaboration with Marketing
  • Partner closely with Sales and Demand Generation leadership to bridge the gap between initial prospecting and closed-won deals
  • Analyze process data and team performance to provide actionable feedback that sharpens our overall go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within lead prospecting and qualification cycles
  • Ability to transmit complex information clearly and collaborate effectively across diverse departments
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce or Gong
